Software for design studios and agencies

I build the software studios sell to their clients.

Website generation, hosting, and the small unglamorous tools that keep client work from quietly falling over — built to be white-labeled and resold by the studios and agencies that actually own the relationship.

No per-seat pricing games. No platform lock-in. My name nowhere your client can see it.

What I do

Most small businesses don't buy software. They buy a relationship with the studio that built their website.

And then that studio gets asked for things it never planned to build: a site refresh, a missed call nobody returned, a form that stopped sending three weeks ago. Every one of them is a week of work you didn't quote for, on a product you'd have to maintain forever.

I build those things once, properly, and hand them over with your name on the front. Each one is a real product with real users before it ever gets pitched — not a prototype with your logo dropped on it.

  • White-labeled output: your studio's name on the front, mine nowhere the client can see.
  • No per-seat pricing games and no platform lock-in.
  • You keep the relationship, the billing and the client. That was never the part I wanted.

Receipts

Things you can open, log into, or watch break.

A recommendation with no first name and no studio name behind it isn't evidence, so you won't find one on this page. Here is what there is instead — each line points at something already running.

The work

Two products of my own. One is live and hosting sites; the other is the one thing here that isn't sold through a studio.

Product 01 Live

Ryzor

A website build-and-host platform for studios and agencies. Point it at a business and it designs, builds and hosts a real multi-page site — then keeps hosting it. Subscription tiers with white-label output, plus per-build pricing for one-offs.

Product 02 In development

Special Vows

Wedding planning answers, checked against the actual source rather than repeated from a listicle — and the planning tools underneath them. The one project here that isn't sold through a studio.

Your name on the front

White-labeling isn't a footer swap. Each add-on is its own app with its own login, sitting on your studio's own subdomain — so when the client logs in, the only business they've ever heard of is yours.

Type it in and the app on the right becomes yours. That is the whole product experience your client gets — nothing else changes hands.

Your Studio Missed-Call Text-Back

A call went unanswered 20 seconds ago

The caller has already been texted, before they finished dialling a competitor. Their reply lands with the owner immediately.

"Hi — sorry we missed you. What did you need a hand with?"

Six add-ons, two of them finished

Six standalone products a studio resells to its own client base, built one at a time, in order — because two finished products beat six half-finished ones. These two are done and running.

Add-on 01 Built

Missed-Call Text-Back

A call goes unanswered for twenty seconds. The caller gets a text asking what they need, before they've finished dialling a competitor. Anything they write back reaches the owner immediately.

Add-on 02 Built

Silent-Failure Monitor

Checks weekly that the contact form actually delivers and the site isn't quietly broken. Not "is it up" — every uptime monitor does that, and it's almost never what breaks.

How I work

01

Small surface area

Each product does one job. Nothing grows a settings page it didn't earn, and nothing here needs a training session before your client can use it.

02

Run in production before it's pitched

Nothing here got a marketing page before it had a real user — usually before it had a logo. If it's on this site as Built, it is in use.

03

One at a time, in order

The add-ons ship in a fixed sequence. Two finished products beat six half-finished ones, and the queue on this page is the real one.

Why there are no studio quotes here yet.
Every line on this page has a name against it. A studio quote goes up when a named person at a named studio signs off on their own wording — not before. Until then, the receipts above are the honest version: open Ryzor, log into an add-on, watch a broken form get caught.

There's no account manager between you and the person who built the thing, which is the main reason a fix takes an afternoon instead of a release cycle. If you run a studio and your clients keep asking for something you'd rather not build twice, that's the conversation I'm most interested in.
